Nara is a calm daily companion. What you share with her is personal, so we keep it short, keep it safe and never sell it.

What we keep

• Your email and name, so you can sign in and Nara knows what to call you.
• Your practice: which sits you have done, your journal notes and the voice you chose.
• Your calls: a written transcript and short notes Nara makes to remember you. We do not keep call audio.
• Your WhatsApp number, only if you message Nara or ask for morning cards.
• Beta sign-ups: the email you leave on this site, used only to send your TestFlight invite.

Who helps us

We use a small number of trusted services to run Nara: Supabase (data, in the EU), Google Cloud (our server, in Frankfurt), ElevenLabs (Nara's voice and calls), Anthropic (Nara's replies), Meta (WhatsApp messages), Apple (the app and TestFlight) and Vercel (this website). Each only gets what it needs to do its part.

What we never do

• Sell your data or use it for advertising.
• Share your journal or calls with anyone else.
• Put tracking cookies on this website.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it. You can ask Nara to forget something at any time. To stop morning cards, reply STOP on WhatsApp.

Young people

Nara is for adults. Younger students join only with a parent or guardian, who can ask us to delete their data at any time.
